What your donations go towards:
Our current expenses are…
- $2,500 per month for staff costs. Staff duties include publishing, editing, writing, soliciting content, web development, system administration, organizing conferences and forums, user support, and much more.
- $500 per month goes to server maintenance, office space, internet, electricity, phone, and other bills.
We are currently operating on a shoe-string budget and hope you will agree that our workload and level of productivity deserves much more.
We do not accept any state or corporate money or advertising.
We rely on user donations only.

Our Wish List:
Currently NYTX operates with only one staff member who works far beyond full-time. We want to hire at least two more paid staff. Doing so would triple or quadruple our productivity, effectiveness, and reach. We also want to pay writers and other content contributors. Doing all this would ultimately require an annual budget of at least $100,000. Your one-time and recurring donations will go towards this long-term goal.

We also accept donations of technology for media production. For example, we can use audio and/or video equipment, editing hardware and software, desktops and laptops, mobile phones, and much else. To offer any such material, please contact us.
