On Friday, June 1, Danny Schechter interviewed Ray McGovern and Chris Spannos about the British Supreme court ruling in favor of Sweden’s extradition of Julian Assange. The Assange extradition ruling is discussed in context of New York Times coverage of Obama’s secret “Kill List” and Cyberwarfare program.

Ray McGovern is a retired CIA officer. McGovern was employed under seven US presidents for over 27 years, presenting the morning intelligence briefings at the White House under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.
