Last night, December 1, Judge David Gideon delivered his ruling that the Hancock 38 drone resisters were guiltiy in their case involving a symbolic “die-in” at the main entrance of Hancock Air National Guard Base in Mattydale, NY. The Hancock 38 were protesting the piloting and maintenance of the hunter/killer Reaper drones at the Base. NYT eXaminer’s Chris Spannos spoke with defendant Ed Kinane about the Judges verdict and drones. Ed is one of the Hancock 38, and a long-time anti-war and anti-militarist activist. He is a member of the Syracuse Peace Council.
